Visit to the Chalfonts Community College A-Level Exhibition
Thursday 20 June 2019

On 20th June 2019 Wendy, Sarah and Meg were delighted to be able to visit the exhibition at Chalfonts Community College art department which displayed the A-Level artwork work for this year.  There were some amazing works of art in all mediums - the variety of which is shown in the Gallery on this website.

We also had the pleasure of choosing a winner for the Christopher Chevasse Award for Excellence.  This year unusually we chose two winners one of which was for photography.  The winners were Amy Greenwood for her detailed painting/embroidery of Amsterdam and Jack Pittman for photography much of whose work depicted beautiful displays of photographs of horses and stabling.  Amy's work will be entered for the RBA Star Student award which unfortunately does not accept photography yet.

Congratulations to all the students for their hard work and fantastic results.  Also congratulations to the hard-working art staff for presenting all the work so beautifully.
